RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Novarlabel, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

RETURN PROCESS

2. Prepare Your Return

  • Securely package the item(s) in original packaging
  • Ensure items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear
  • Include all original accessories and documentation

3. Ship Your Return

  • Send the package to the address provided by Customer Service
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your tracking number for reference

REFUND PROCESS

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt
  • Refunds are issued within 14–21 business days after inspection
  • Refunds include the item price and applicable taxes
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returns made with gift receipts will receive a store credit.

⚠️ A $10 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Novarlabel will cover return shipping

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during return shipping

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return your item and place a new order for the desired product.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day period

RESERVED RIGHTS

Novarlabel reserves the right to:

  • Refuse returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return behavior
  • Deny returns involving worn or altered items
  • Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
  • Discard non-Novarlabel items mistakenly sent to our facility
