  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed
  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund

FAILED DELIVERY / REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • The customer refuses delivery
  • Delivery attempts fail multiple times
